10/10 times I've been here my order is wrong.
Typical McDonalds. Although the counter lady was very nice, not very much thought or care put into the quality of the work. It wasn't busy when we visited, and my daughters Filet O' Fish looked like it was thrown together by 3 different blind people. Actually, that might be an insult to blind people who care about their work. 3 Stars due to the friendliness of those who worked here.
Secondly, I ordered a specialty with and added 1/4lb patty. I received the specialty, made just right, but with out the added patty. When I brought it to the managers attention, he took my burger with his hands handed it to the cooks hands and said this needs another patty. The cook then proceeded to put a mcdouble patty on the specialty and returned it to its box. I'm honestly astounded at what I saw today.
Ordered regular Big Mac combo through the drive thru. Fries were only half filled in container and sandwich was blah and had a different taste than ones I can get in Cali. They're getting paid $11 an hour and screwing travelers. Skip this place.
Worst ever. Understaffed! Employees were superb handling the situation. This manager doesn't know how to prepare for events and holidays. This is the second time we were here following something where we waited more than 30 minutes. I guess the manager m
Today's visit, my order was$9.95 I handed the cashier a 20 dollar bill, and said "I have. 95¢." to which the cashier replied, I already put it in the system.... That's all I'm going to say about that.
The first McDonald's I have been to that didn't have apple pie. This should be a crime
